Open the Reel or post in Instagram. Use Share or the post menu to copy its link, then paste it into GetMyReel.app. The post must be available to the extraction service; a public label alone does not guarantee retrieval.
Check the result
Confirm the creator and preview. A carousel can contain several items, including both images and videos. Select the item you want before preparing its download.
Why a post may not load
Deleted posts, private profiles, age restrictions, platform rate limits and login requirements can prevent downloads. Try again later if a public post was temporarily unavailable.
Save the file
When preparation finishes, use the download button. On a phone, the file usually goes to your browser Downloads folder. Keep the creator attribution when sharing with permission, and save only content you are entitled to download.
